Trade Administration Coordinator Full Time, Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Administration Coordinator to join our Commercial team. The successful candidate will undertake all administrative tasks relating to contracts, specials, spot quotes and tariffs into the tariff management system. Ensuring bookings rated in accordance with the quotation agreed with the customer and that rate is validated for that booking. Working to deadlines and the policies set by Trade & Geneva. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and knowledge of the MSCUK internal systems. Skills and experience you'll bring to us Ability to build relationships internally and externally Excellent administration skills Excellent communication and team work. Compliance with MSC's email etiquette and telephone policy. Attention to detail to minimise errors and loss to MSC. Ability to prioritise workloads. Flexible attitude and approach How you will help us and what you can expect Ensuring all rates are filed in TMS as required. Determine, monitor and review that the system is capturing the correct rates, when rating the booking. Building relationships with Trade / bookings / documentation, accounts and SSC Brazil, to ensure we capture all the correct charges and any outstanding matters are resolved immediately. Ensure we follow up with the Trade for Geneva rate approvals. Highlighting areas of concerns to the supervisor. Liaising with Brazil SSC throughout each day to ensure all queries resolved and daily tasks completed. Investigating and resolving all MFTC errors. Resolving QMS queries. Completion of any relevant reports, checks and queries as required.
