Your Key Responsibilities:
* Patent Litigation: Assist the patent litigation team with day-to-day case management including case intake and tracking and managing patent litigation docket and calendar.
* Documentation and Records: Organise and maintain case files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organised for quick reference.
* Client interaction: Coordinate with and provide support to internal clients from across the IP function and wider business. Serve as a direct point of contact for Sandoz internal client base handling inquiries and providing case updates.
* Data management: Manage, curate and lead the timely and accurate recording of case data using our data tools.
* Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as matter creation, diary management, invoicing and budget tracking.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
* At least 5 years of patent litigation paralegal experience, including law firm paralegal experience.
* Highly proficient English is required.
* Familiarity with and understanding of patent litigation practice (ideally in multiple jurisdictions), and the ability to administratively manage all phases of a patent litigation matter.
* Experience managing complex and sometimes ambiguous projects, with a broad set of stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, and to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time-frames with a high attention to detail.
