Are you organised, creative, and ready to get stuck in? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing activity – from digital campaigns and content creation to events and internal communications. If you’ve got a good eye for detail, a knack for writing, and experience using tools like WordPress and email platforms, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: You’ll help us run smooth, effective marketing that makes a real impact. That means: Putting content through our compliance sign-off process Keeping our marketing materials up to date – editing, archiving or refreshing them as needed Scheduling and supporting email campaigns and social media posts Helping us create clear, engaging content for advisers and members across different formats (web, email, print, video) Organising event materials and merchandise Updating our marketing calendars Proofreading documents and checking video content Supporting award submissions and campaign planning Providing general admin support to the marketing team What we’re looking for: A positive, can-do attitude Someone highly organised who can juggle multiple tasks Great attention to detail Strong written English – confident proofreading and writing content A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed Comfortable working in a fast-moving team You’ll also need: Experience using WordPress to edit and update web content Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Pardot or similar) and social media scheduling platforms Confidence working within brand guidelines Experience managing your own time and meeting deadlines Previous marketing, communications or design experience or qualifications Financial services experience is helpful, but not essential Bonus points for: Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a similar subject A portfolio of content or campaigns you’ve worked on (if available) Why join us?
