About the Role
* Identify and source new business opportunities and potential clients
* Build a portfolio of business clients and manage the sales process from start to finish
* Utilise sales tools and leverage the expertise of experienced colleagues to develop your skills and knowledge
* Manage the interview and assessment process for both graduates and clients
* Proactively pursue new opportunities and develop strategic thinking and approach
* Develop and pitch products to new and prospective clients
* Identify, qualify and engage with senior prospects and decision makers
* Build long-term, lucrative business relationships with clients
About You
* Education to degree level
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Competitive and self-motivated
* Strong desire to succeed
* Personable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of business
* Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and challenge yourself when needed
