908ADS Job Title: Pr o ject Manager ( Interim) - Digital & IT Location: Sizewell C (SZC) - ( Suffolk ) - Onsite - ( poss 1 d ay p/w in London HO) Rate - from too: £ 3 5 0 to £ 480 per day (dependant on pay route) Digital & IT operates a 'pool and assignment' model for its Pro ject Managers. The post-holder will be assigned to projects for finite periods and report to either a Programme Manager, Projects Delivery Manager, Sub Portfolio Manager and Business Sponsor / Head of Function, who will provide support and a point of escalation. For any assignment, the Project Manager will be required to work closely with the business within the project governance structure and establish and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders. They will need to balance time and priorities in their work activities on a continuous basis. Where guidance is required on priorities, it should usually be sought from the Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Head of Function, or a senior business stakeholder.. The Project Manager should have suitable practical experience of project managing technical and functional change at workstream level from inception to implementation on complex projects. They will be working with a group of experienced Consultant and Contractors from different organisations. The PM will also provide oversight and assurance to the Programme Manager that the right activities are taking place to successfully deliver to coincide with key programme milestones. The postholder will develop and nurture relationships with business counterparts to and ensure that they become "the voice of the business" to enable the design teams to accurately understand business requirements, ways of working and desired outcomes.
