About your team
The Chief Investment Office, Multi National Corporations and Advisory Group is formed of 4 core functions providing support across channels within the Global Platform Solutions (GPS) business area. The aim of this function is to deliver outstanding product solutions for our Advisor and MNC clients, leveraging Fidelity's investment expertise. The 4 core functions are:
1. Chief Investment Office - responsible for leveraging the strength of Fidelity's investment expertise.
2. Multi National Corporations and Adviser Product - responsible for delivering outstanding product solutions for our Adviser and MNC clients.
3. GPS Policy and Oversight - responsible for product management and implementation across our workplace pension products and for engaging with government, regulatory and industry bodies in the development and analysis of pensions policy.
4. GPS Tools - responsible for interactive tools and calculators, governance and mandatory change in relation to those digital experiences.
About your role
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Research & Reporting Tools, you will be responsible for optimizing customer and member experience for research and reporting tools. You will collaborate with the business to expand existing capabilities across multiple digital touchpoints to drive growth in usage and net promoter score.
You will create and own the research and reporting tools' roadmap based on customer needs and business value. Create business cases for new tools development and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change at pace. Lead product development to ensure seamless customer/member experience, funnel optimization based on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and drive usage through marketing campaigns. You will monitor reporting tools performance and come up with ideas to optimize the funnel and convert valuable traffic.
In this influential role, you will establish an operating model for the tools you own to drive improvements, deliver commercial benefit, and close the gap in customer, member, and advisor expectations. Collaborate with colleagues across propositions, compliance, digital, model risk, and marketing to create product plans that meet user needs across all channels and be the driving force to prioritize and deliver required changes.
You will be accountable for end-to-end testing and regular updates to the research tools to ensure compliance and fair customer outcomes.
Where required, you will support the wider team, take on projects related to retirement tools, and deputize for the Senior Product Manager - Research & Reporting Tools in business forums.
Key responsibilities
1. Use market insights, competitor analysis, and internal data sources such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to understand the needs of customers and advisors.
2. Proactively create tools roadmap, harnessing insights focused on mandatory change, commercial benefit, strategic alignment, and brilliant customer & advisor outcomes.
3. In collaboration with the leadership team, establish an operating model and ways of working for maintaining GPS research tools across all channels.
4. Act as Product Owner within Illustrations & Capital Gains scrums to ensure the backlog is aligned to strategic tools priorities and drives improved customer & advisor experiences.
5. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, digitalize, improve, and manage our tools to deliver effortless customer, member & advisor experiences.
6. Use customer & advisor insights, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target to optimize funnels and improve journey performance.
7. Proactively manage risks associated with your tools, developing strong relationships with risk, compliance, and production support teams to close risks at pace.
8. Work closely with Model Owners, Developers, and Model Risk to ensure underlying models are robust and well maintained.
9. Provide SME support for assumptions updates and maintenance of product sheets for your tools.
10. Work with procurement and vendors to develop and maintain tools, ensuring any new supplier goes through the relevant procurement process.
About you
1. Experience in transforming end-to-end customer/advisor/member journeys with a key focus on funnel management, conversion, and driving NPS.
2. Passion for change with a proven track record of managing complex delivery projects through scrums.
3. Experience in delivering model-first digital products.
4. Strong interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to collate insights & evidence to support the evolution of tools performance.
6. Clear understanding of UX design and research frameworks.
7. Ability to assign roles and responsibilities within a project and keep stakeholders accountable.
8. Critical thinking and ability to make difficult decisions.
9. Comfortable challenging the status quo and working under pressure.
10. Strong ownership to drive change from inception through to execution.
11. Creativity - thinking outside the box to deliver change while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
