About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with IDOX experience to join our local government team. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in our London office once a week while offering flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer, support, and maintain IDOX systems within a local government environment.
* Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with public sector regulations.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IDOX-related issues.
* Assist in system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other council IT systems.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimise system functionality and improve service delivery.
Key Requirements
? Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a local government setting.
? Strong hands-on experience with IDOX applications (e.g., Uniform, DMS, Public Access, Acolaid).
? Knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and integrations relevant to local government.
? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
