* Ensure that E&F services align with the Trust’s Clinical Strategy and are co-produced with staff and service users.
* Provide assurance to the Trust Board that all E&F services meet statutory and mandatory legislation.
* Oversee the management of the Trust’s Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, ensuring maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment are aligned with compliance standards.
* Lead the sustainability agenda to achieve the Trust’s net zero goals, acting as a subject matter expert in both the Hinchingbrooke Redevelopment Programme and broader Trust projects.
* Collaborate with executive teams, clinical leads, and external agencies, such as the CQC, NHSE, Environment Agency, and local authorities, to ensure the Trust meets high standards in building performance and safety.
