I’m partnering with this organisation to recruit an Interim Assistant Accountant for an exciting 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a purpose-driven team, all while enjoying a flexible working arrangement that requires two days travel to their office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for reconciling the balance sheets in preparation for month end.
* Journals, accruals, and prepayments.
* Migrating the weekly income from one system to another.
* Support on the management accounting for a small entity.
Minimum Requirements:
* Accounting experience, including supporting the accounts department during year-end and month-end close processes.
* Studying towards or partially qualified in accounting (AAT Level 3/4 or bookkeeping qualifications).
* Strong Excel skills, proficient with pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas; ability to manipulate data and create reports.
