About the Role

As an SEN Teacher at Options Autism, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality education service to students with autism and complex needs.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring each student makes progress at an appropriate rate.
With a focus on outcomes, you will devise and implement strategies to promote the physical, educational, and moral development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver individualized education programs for students with autism and complex needs
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and other professionals
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum framework and related policies
* Collaborate with the Headteacher to coordinate teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
* Experience working with students with autism and complex needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
