Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: North Devon (Bideford, Barnstaple, and surrounding areas)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established maintenance contractor in North Devon, seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to carry out responsive maintenance and repair work within occupied domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing day to day maintenance and repair tasks in domestic properties
Pointing, rebuilding, and repairing walls
Plastering and rendering
Roofing repairs, including tile replacement
General property maintenance What We’re Looking For:
A qualification in plastering, bricklaying, or extensive relevant experience
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
Full, clean driving licence
Ability to work independently and professionally within occupied homes How to Apply:
