They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Line Service Desk Engineer (1st/2nd Line) looking for a long-term career opportunity. Responsible for handling 1st/2nd line tickets, this is not the usual run of the mill role, offering a genuinely varied, interesting challenge. Experience Required: A "customer first" mentality and a genuine passion for IT. Experience gained in a 1st line IT support role, ideally with an MSP background. Knowledge of M365 (ideally with exposure to InTune) Azure, AD, Windows Server, Basic Networking, Virtualisation (Hyper-V etc), Backup (Veeam).
