About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students, offering individual and group support. You will help create a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring every child gets the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
* Work one-to-one and in small groups to help students understand key concepts.

Requirements to be a Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
* A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is desirable.
* A proactive, energetic, and caring approach to working with children.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* A fully checkable work history.
* Flexibility to adapt to different classroom settings.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
