Due to the continued growth and success of the firm, we are looking to expand our in-house tax team, with a new opportunity for a part/fully qualified Tax professional.
With exposure to Board and Senior Management, this is a great opportunity for a Tax professional to take on end-to-end ownership servicing the tax needs of individual partners of the group and assisting with direct tax compliance and corporate / partnership tax filings across the multiple international jurisdictions the firm is currently based in.

What You'll Do:
• Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, the Tax Assistant Manager/Accountant will handle direct tax compliance globally for both individuals and corporates, ensuring punctual delivery.
• The role entails cross-functional collaboration to foster relationships and understand the business, providing accurate and timely tax support.
• Responsibilities include preparing UK tax returns, provisions, and reconciliations.
• The role also involves preparing schedules and analysis for corporate and partnership returns.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with international external tax advisors and delivering necessary analysis is a key duty.
• The Tax Assistant Manager/Accountant will assist with withholding tax filings.
• Managing and supporting process and efficiency projects for compliance and exploring new automation methods for Tax procedures is also part of the role.
Who We're Looking For:
• The ideal candidate should be a part-qualified finance professional with a tax or accounting qualification (e.g., CTA, ACCA) or qualified by ATT/experience, with experience in individual and corporate UK tax return preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges creatively are essential.
• Organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage daily workloads independently are required.
• Excellent communication skills and a history of building successful relationships are crucial, alongside the willingness to take responsibility for all outputs.
• Comfortable working across all levels, managing upwards, and having a strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, with experience in professional partnerships and knowledge of international tax issues being advantageous but not essential.
