Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a plant and machinery hire company based in Doncaster who are looking for an experienced social media manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms and websites.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
5. Analyse performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.
Experience
1. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
2. Experience with drone and photography.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
6. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (hours can be flexible).
Salary: £35k-£40k dependent on experience.
