I am currently working with a well-established client in Buckingham recruiting for a Parts Advisor.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email
2. Process orders and invoices
3. Ensure stock is accurate and adequate stock levels are maintained
4. Communicate with internal departments
5. Allocate stock to customer orders
6. Advise on suitable parts and keep the customer updated on their orders
This is a full-time, permanent position. The role requires some Saturday working on a rota basis, and overtime is available.
