Role:
We are looking for an SEO and Digital Ad Specialist to manage search engine optimization and paid advertising efforts for an exciting hospitality industry account. This role requires expertise in SEO strategies, Google and Meta Ads, and data-driven content optimization to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
1. SEO Management:
2. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
4. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and on-page elements using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
5. Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
6. Utilize SurferSEO and other tools to enhance content relevance and search engine visibility.
7. Digital Advertising (Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads):
8. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn platforms.
9. Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid strategy management.
10. Track and analyze ad performance, optimizing for ROAS and campaign effectiveness.
11. Stay updated with the latest digital ad trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
12. Content & Social Media Optimization:
13. Collaborate with content teams to align SEO and paid ad strategies.
14. Leverage tools like Canva to create and optimize engaging digital content.
15. Monitor and enhance user engagement through strategic social media promotions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SEO, digital advertising, and content optimization.
* Proven experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
* Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, InfusionSoft).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within a fast-paced environment.
