We are looking to appoint a Team Manager to manage a Supported Living project in Barnard Castle County Durham, which is home for 9 people.
We are looking for someone who is:

* Focused on driving customers' goals, outcomes, and aspirations

* A strong leader, supportive, empathetic, and organized

* Competent with IT software
* Willing to learn and mentor colleagues
