We’re looking for a talented HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our growing People Services team. At MHA, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Be the HR go-to across the regional offices, supporting trainees, staff, and line managers on all people matters.
* Working closely with our people to ensure they have the support they need to grow and develop in their careers.
* Collaborate on exciting People Experience projects and help integrate regional and wider HR strategies.
* Play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our people throughout their journey with MHA.
* Work alongside a talented, experienced HR team, offering plenty of learning opportunities and room for growth.
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Experience working in a generalist HR role, ideally at an advisory level or similar.
* Experience of managing ER cases and employment law knowledge
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and enthusiasm for tackling any obstacles along the way!
