As an Electronic Gaming Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and looking after our electronic gaming customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience.
You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests' expectations.
You will:
* Get to know your regular customers and their playing style and preferences, ensuring you tailor the experience to their needs.
* Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
* Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service across leisure, food, and beverage.
* Ensure you keep your customers informed of the latest developments in electronic gaming and in our online offer, with the intention of them becoming members of Grosvenor online.
* Ensure you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and always promote and champion safer gambling.
Qualifications
The role holder will be accountable for:
* Ensuring all customers, particularly electronic gaming customers, receive excellent customer service, helping to facilitate their play, thus ensuring profitable admissions, supported by pre-approved promotions.
* Maximising revenue from all electronic gaming products by demonstrating the Grosvenor values.
* Following Grosvenor’s Brand Standards policy.
* Being able to carry out basic repairs and resolve day-to-day operating issues which may adversely impact the customer experience.
* Adhering to the compliance and security aspects of electronic gaming.
* Working closely with external service providers to ensure an efficient and prompt level of response, so as to minimise downtime.
* Previous experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate, as full training will be given.
