The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.
Reporting to the UK Director Education within our Specialist Lending function, you’ll develop relationships at all levels within schools and education partners, seeking potential growth opportunities and providing all necessary training.
You will also:
1. Identify prospective new partners, converting to appointed representative status and maintaining the centralised pipeline report.
2. Review performance data and work with schools to implement strategies for increased penetration.
3. Identify and develop new product variants to win new business and develop existing partners.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements and that any partner needs are met.
5. Proactively build a pipeline of prospective partners, creating a strategic plan and recording all activity on the CRM.
6. Complete regular reporting and feedback for your own activity as well as competitor activity insights.

To be successful as our Client Relationship Manager you’ll have demonstrable solutions sales experience, in a high frequency, end-to-end sales role.
* You’ll be able to evidence your sales achievements.
* You’re a self-starter; driven, tenacious and with the ability to identify and close business opportunities, keeping clients needs at the forefront.
* You have excellent relationship building skills, the ability to negotiate and offer solutions.
* You’re highly organised, balancing sales, training and relationship activity with the required administrative duties.
* It would be ideal if you have experience with thin financial services sector.
