Reporting to the UK Director Education within our Specialist Lending function, you’ll develop relationships at all levels within schools and education partners, seeking potential growth opportunities and providing all necessary training. You will also: - Identify prospective new partners, converting to appointed representative status and maintaining the centralised pipeline report - Review performance data and work with schools to implement strategies for increased penetration - Identify and develop new product variants to win new business and develop existing partners - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements and that any partner needs are met - Proactively build a pipeline of prospective partners, creating a strategic plan and recording all activity on the CRM. - Complete regular reporting and feedback for your own activity as well as competitor activity insights Who we are looking for If you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
