Enquiry Operations Administrator
£26, - £28, p.a. pro rata
Part time/Permanent - 14.5 hours per week
About the Role
To provide cohesive, proactive administrative support to the Enquiry Handling Operations Manager and the Central Enquiries team in a highly professional and business sensitive manner. Collaboration with other Campus Operations Administrators to ensure a seamless service.
Key duties include managing daily administrative tasks, handling enquiries, supporting report writing, and maintaining the team’s training matrix. Responsibilities also involve reviewing key departmental documents, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, servicing meetings, managing KPIs, and assisting with bookings.
Please note, this is a part-time role only for 2 days a week:
Monday 8.30am-5pm
Tuesday 8.30am-4.30pm
