Sales Support Team Leader
Maternity Cover | 12 Month Contract
£30,773 + OTE £9,000
A little bit about us
We are a tech business that bundles household bills into one fixed monthly payment. One payment means easier finances, less time on the phone with suppliers, and less admin. It’s a game-changer.
It’s also a gorgeous place to work. Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs.
Our people scored us a whopping 9.3 out of 10 for “I recommend One Utility Bill as a place to work” in our last employee engagement survey.
What you’ll be doing?
As part of our Sales Support team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of our Sales Support Team of around 7-10 people, while delivering on your own personal KPIs. We expect the split will be around 30% managing your own tasks alongside the team, such as utility registrations and meter issues, and 70% team management and leadership, including process improvements.
This role is unique in its hybrid nature, where you are managing the admin & back end, but also on the frontline with our current and soon-to-be customers, to ensure they have the best experience as they move through the complete customer journey. The team’s tasks will range from supporting and servicing both our B2B letting agent customers, as well as our B2C rental and homeowner customers while understanding how as a business we identify, attract, and convert leads to sales.
Reporting into the Executive Assistant to the Growth & Sales Director, you will be joining a motivated team with ambitious targets to help One Utility Bill on its growth journey.
