We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Assistant to join our team at the University of Huddersfield. Reporting to the Web Content Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of digital content across our web platforms to enhance the University's marketing and recruitment efforts.
As a Digital Content Assistant, you will advise on web content optimisation to align with best practices and the Universitys brand guidelines. Key responsibilities include adapting content for templates, ensuring accessibility, updating content in the CMS (Terminal Four), and supporting SEO and site health improvements.
You will be a digital content enthusiast with an understanding of content management and optimisation. To excel in this role, you will have a degree or relevant experience, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and experience with a content management system, particularly in content editing. A solid grasp of SEO and website analytics tools like GA4 is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
