Account Manager - Hereford - Up to £55,000 Basic

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, account management, and experience with channel sales development. This role will involve managing and growing our largest reseller partnership, driving sales, and ensuring the satisfaction of our reseller partner.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partner/s and our existing internal teams who support our resellers.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for resellers, providing them with support, training, and resources.
3. Provide ongoing support to resellers to ensure they are equipped to successfully sell and support solutions
4. Track reseller performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on progress and areas for improvement such as Pipeline stages, booked sales, cross sell and renewal/churn rates.
5. Drive sales through reseller channels by developing and executing strategic plans.
Your Experience:
6. Proven experience in account management and channel sales.
7. An understanding of reseller channel dynamics and best practices.
8. Experience in the voice services or communications technology industry.
9. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reseller / Public Sector Experience.
