The Role
As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performing electrical installations, emergency lighting repairs and project work
• Work mechanically on AHU’s, FCU’s, centrifugal pumps, general building maintenance
• Fault finding on packaging machines, conveyors, CNC machines, steam boilers etc.
• Perform repairs and upgrades on plumbing/water systems, air conditioning units etc.
• Operating as a team to confidently perform reactive and planned maintenance
About You
The ideal Trainee Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
• A recognised engineering qualification
• Experience with, or a flexible mindset for, working effectively within a team
• An open attitude to working in any type of industry
• A sound understanding of key mechanical and electrical components
