Key Responsibilities:
* Operationally manage and deliver a variety of events throughout the year, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Lead a dedicated team of full-time and casual staff who have long-standing tenure with the hotel.
* Bring your expertise in Conferences, Weddings, Meetings, and Social Events to drive the team forward.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and team development skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
* Flexibility in working varied shifts to meet business demands.
* Previous experience in a busy wedding venue or hotel conference setting is essential.
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* A hands-on attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a large, dynamic team.
* Knowledge of managing function bars and understanding demand during peak periods.
