The Role As Commercial Account Executive you will report into the Commercial Brand Manager and have full responsibility for managing the Island of Ireland (IOI) retailer accounts. Your primary focus will be developing and managing customer relationships to grow business, owning the forecast and liaising with planners internally and externally to ensure demand is met, negotiating and managing retailer trade terms on an annual basis, and where appliable tracking JBP regularly. The position will have a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to): Manage and develop retailer relationships Main point of contact for retailer accounts Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities Prepare and deliver presentations Manage and track sales versus forecast Collaborate with wider sales teams to hit business targets Price negotiations Agree joint business plans (JBP) Develop and implement growth strategies Liaising cross functionally in preparation for product launches Dealing with supply chain issues ranging from late deliveries, shortages, rejections etc Owning forecast for each customer, analysing historical sales to improve forecast accuracy, and ensure internal systems are kept up to date Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal order services levels Resolving invoice queries and other customer issues in a timely manner What it takes Motivated and results driven individual Strategic thinker Organised with ability to manage several project simultaneously Excellent communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Powerpoint Willingness to travel, as required Desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or relevant field Experience in a commercial role Previous experience working with Irish Retailers Benefits Working within one of our state of the art premises you will enjoy a range of benefits including the ability to relax during your break in a restaurant standard canteen with all meals subsidised.
