ROLE OVERVIEW We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Fitting Tutor Assessor to join our team. There may be a possibility of Full-Time hours as the role develops. As a Vehicle Fitting Tutor you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of automotive professionals, guiding students through the complexities of vehicle fitting, maintenance, and the installation of various automotive components. Your role involves inspiring and instructing students in the intricacies of automotive systems, sharing practical insights into the latest technologies, tools, and industry standards in vehicle fitting. Developing comprehensive lesson plans that seamlessly blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on experiences, you will equip students with the skills necessary for success in the fast-paced automotive industry. From diagnostics to installation, your goal is to prepare students for the dynamic challenges and innovations within the automotive field. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage creativity and excellence in vehicle fitting, instilling in students the passion and expertise needed to become future leaders in the automotive fitting and maintenance profession. The successful candidate will deliver Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Fitting Competence and Level 3 Diploma in Vehicle Fitting Supervisory Competence qualification to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI training programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the automotive field; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
