About the Role
Based at St Austell, we are looking for a qualified and experienced multi-skilled maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical to join our established Engineering Team as our Apprenticeship Programme Manager.
The role involves management of all aspects of the Apprenticeship Programme(s) and aims to provide a positive experience for all learners enrolled - enabling them to achieve their maximum potential. You would be accountable for all aspects of the learner journey; providing advice & guidance, along with consistently high levels of teaching, learning and assessment.
Skills and Experience
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 3 years relevant practical working industry experience. Experience of training or teaching in the industry is also desirable. Applicants should be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in an appropriate discipline and hold or be willing to undertake a teaching qualification with us.
Hours of work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
