Day to Day of the role:
* Answering telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Performing general administration duties to support daily operations.
* Welcoming visitors and directing them to their meetings, ensuring a professional first impression.
* Managing the company mailbox and responding to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Updating the company website with relevant and current information as needed.
* Preparing the company newsletter and ensuring it is distributed to staff and stakeholders.
* Taking notes during meetings and preparing reports for monthly management meetings.
* Receiving, sorting, and distributing post within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience in preparing reports and newsletters is desirable.
