Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line and second line support to end-users, resolving technical issues efficiently. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues. Assist with IT projects and system upgrades. Document and track issues using a ticketing system. Provide training and support to end-users. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems - M365 / Asure Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Network) are a plus.
