Job Summary:
Fabulous plumbing skills are required for this role. You will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of specialist Drinking Water Purification, Reverse osmosis systems, Water softeners, UV and Carbon Beds, and a range of Multi-function boiling taps in many high-profile clients' premises. In addition, you will be taught to install and maintain Ultra-Pure-Water Treatment & Waste-Water neutralisation plants that require a higher level of mechanical engineering. Ideally, an understanding of PLCs with various inputs and outputs for pumps and sensors is needed.
Work Schedule:
Our team starts work at 0830 and finishes at 1730 with an hour's lunch break. As a field Engineer, you will start on-site at 0830 with the expectation of up to an hour's commute each end of the day. Sometimes you will be working locally, others further afield, but ultimately the time balances out with some early finishes and some late. Overtime will be paid where appropriate.

Senior Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer - Job Duties:
1. Adhering to your online diary for appointments with customers for installation and service work
2. Reporting / updating online
3. Fault finding on products manufactured by the company
4. Problem-solving and fixing issues in a timely manner
5. Servicing and preventative maintenance
6. Reactive repairs
7. Maintaining your van stock and preparedness, usually one day each week at the office
Senior Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer - What we are looking for:
1. 10 years multi-disciplined experience in (primarily) Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering skills would be helpful.
2. Experience with on-site work and hold a CSCS card.
3. Experienced Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance engineer or appliance / white goods repairs or equivalent engineering skills.
4. Confident, experienced pipe fitting skills with the desire to learn new skills with stainless steel, PVDF, PP & ABS - if not already experienced can be taught.
5. Ability to inspect, survey for, and plan parts for repairs or installations.
6. Self-motivation and able to work with minimal instruction.
7. Great communication skills.
8. Someone who takes pride in customer service, their own appearance, and the company vehicle they will be driving.
9. Full UK (clean) Driving Licence - over the age of 25 for insurance.
10. Prompt starter, hard worker, honest, and disciplined.
