Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are partnering with a leading innovator in the biotech and process industry to recruit an Electrical, Instrument & Controls (EC&I) Engineer. This role is instrumental in the design, development, and commissioning of next-generation process plants, with a focus on automation, instrumentation, and electrical design.

Evaluate contractor work to ensure compliance with industry standards & regulatory requirements
Lead and support HAZOP & LOPA workshops
Assist in project procurement, including tendering, negotiations, and supplier management
Provide electrical design support for plant upgrades and modifications
5-10 years’ experience in C&I engineering within EPC or process industries
~ Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar electrical design software
~ Full UK driving licence & right to work in the UK

Electrical Panel Design
Experience with PLC/DCS configuration
