Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our In-Patient Centre team. The successful candidate will provide holistic nursing care, ensuring the dignity, safety, and comfort of our patients at all times. This role is integral in delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care while supporting patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, and emotional needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of care services and act as a role model for junior staff. Main duties of the job Deliver compassionate and individualised nursing care to patients in the In-Patient Centre. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Ensure the safe administration and management of medications in line with professional standards. Provide emotional support, information, and guidance to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and professional guidelines.
