Job Title: SuccessFactors Consultant
Duration: initially 6 months contract
Location: Hybrid (Main client site is Preston, typically 90% remote and 10% onsite)

Job Description:
1. Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
2. Strong, hands-on skills in SuccessFactors Recruitment. Knowledge and experience of related integrations.
3. Configuration experience of both Recruitment Management and Recruitment Marketing.
4. Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting.
5. Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization.
6. Clear, compelling, and effective engagement skills are critical.
7. Ability to plan and run client workshops.
8. Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
9. Ability to work flexibly, both onsite and remotely. UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required.
10. Experience of global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
11. Ensure quality delivery of SuccessFactors solutions.
