Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
* Delivery Coordination: Handle delivery enquiries, ensure timely fulfilment of orders, and maintain communication with delivery partners and service agents.
* Lead Management: Follow up on marketing leads generated through various channels, assisting customers with account registration, finding installers, and arranging product demonstrations.
