The Opportunity:
Finatal is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS business, backed by significant Private Equity investment and on a search for a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join its finance team. This business is at the forefront of an aggressive buy-and-build strategy, with a clear focus on international growth across Europe and North America.
Under the guidance of a seasoned leadership team with deep Private Equity and scaling expertise, this company is set for an ambitious trajectory of growth and M&A activity.
The Role:
Reporting to an established Private Equity Director of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. This role will work closely with the wider finance team, the Group CFO, and other senior leaders to ensure robust financial operations and strategic support.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading month-end processes and delivering high-quality financial outputs.
· Producing Private Equity-standard board packs and management reports.
· Acting as the primary contact for Adaptive Insights, the business’s newly implemented FP&A tool.
· Driving post-deal integration of newly acquired international entities.
· Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management account preparation.
· Contributing to multiple ad hoc growth and strategic projects.
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional, ready to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
· Proven experience in FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
· Strong systems expertise, ideally with Adaptive Insights or other FP&A tools (implementation/support experience is highly valued).
· High attention to detail and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
· A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to "roll up your sleeves.”
· Exposure to SaaS/recurring revenue models highly advantageous.
· Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly with Private Equity-backed businesses highly advantageous.
