The Role
As a National BD Manager, you will be key in securing large volume accounts across the UK for Aligra. The role emphasizes understanding the market, preferred supplier lists (PSLs), tender processes, including proposals and presentations. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure new business, which will then be handed over to our Head of Managed Services for implementation. If you are proactive, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
* Stay informed about industry trends, PSLs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
* Prepare and present proposals and participate in tenders to secure new business.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential large-volume clients, understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and targets.
* Collaborate with the Head of Managed Services to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role with a strong record of securing large volume accounts.
* Experience in the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, proposals, and tendering.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
* Ability to present effectively at all levels and build lasting client relationships.
