Permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor, High Wycombe -Hybrid An exciting permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor role within a successful not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. My client is looking for a passionate HR Officer / HR Advisor who is keen to make a difference, enjoys being pro-active and thrives from a true generalist HR role where there input and contribution is recognised within a small but busy HR team. HR Responsibilities: You will have one direct report into you, an HR Administrator. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Active involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the hiring process. Oversee the creation and implementation of effective onboarding plans, including induction. Ensure all agreed training is provided and implemented throughout the year. Assist line managers in the performance management process. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Oversee payroll and pensions on a monthly basis. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Support with HR projects. Support with restructuring. About You: You must have experience as an HR Officer / HR Advisor, who has managed low level ER cases. You will ideally have experience managing the end-end recruitment and selection process. You will ideally be qualified to at least level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent. Knowledge of payroll would be advantageous. 24 days holiday bank holidays Weekly well-being hour Generous Pension Hybrid working - 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.
