Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Working in the Gainsborough area on Sat/Sun from 0600 to 0900. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a Theatre environment, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires effective communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting high and low, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean the local Theatre, including sanitary areas, bar area, auditorium, and dressing rooms.
* Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for this position, as it may involve travelling between sites.
