Job Description Salary: £15,000 starting salary Location: Sidcup Office Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Occasional weekend and late-night work required) As a Service Desk Apprentice your role is to support the company’s customer base with faults and changes to their communications setup. Responsibilities Taking calls & creating tickets on the CRM system Providing guidance to the company’s customers and resolving Tier 1 Fault Tickets Programming routers ready for the company’s customers Working on fault tickets Fault identification Learning and developing skills in IT and Telecoms Monitoring mailboxes Analysing and interpreting data to inform your work. Working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team Collation of customer requirements Updating customer during any support case Work towards the installation and maintenance of Call Management and Call recording applications per customer contract. Work to PCT quality standards and best practice recommendations.
