Supported Living Care Worker and Senior Care Worker Young People (16) Location: Salford, Manchester Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,000 £32,500 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week (plus 810 sleep-ins per month) Are you driven to support and empower young people towards greater independence? We are currently recruiting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers for a supported living service in Salford, on behalf of a leading, well-established care provider. This organisation delivers high-quality childrens services, supported accommodation, and education across the region. This is a full-time, permanent position within a values-driven team supporting young people aged 16 who may be care leavers or transitioning from residential care. The focus is on promoting life skills, independence, and emotional wellbeing in a safe and structured environment. About the Role You will be working within a supported living setting, supporting young people to build confidence, independence, and practical skills as they prepare for adult life.
