IT Director - Financial Services Sector Location: Central London (W1) Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 per annum excellent package Our client, an expanding player in the world of investments, wealth management and asset management, is currently seeking an experienced IT Director to join their team in Central London. With more than 65,000 clients worldwide and over £100 billion Assets Under Management, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - The IT Director will manage the comprehensive provision of IT services to an internal user base of over 500 staff, as well as remotely based partners and independent financial advisors Work with the senior team to improve AML / KYC processes Develop and implement a new IT strategy for the business Drive the digitisation agenda and deliver business change from a technology point of view Reposition IT to help the business and enable business growth, which really means that the IT Director will be integral to business success Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors Lead a team of up to 25 people Ability to work on a hybrid basis Requirements: Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role within the financial services sector Ideally, a firm understanding of investments and asset management as a market sector Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives Experience in driving digital transformation and delivering business change Strong technical skills and knowledge of financial IT systems and infrastructure If you are a confident and experienced IT Director looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.
