* Leadership of the OBM business, including service delivery, forecasting, planning, cost/margin control.

* Manage team recruitment activities, whilst taking a hands on approach in recruitment delivery, for senior and specialist roles in particular.
* Provide continual support to, and manage the development of, direct reports.

Experience working in a recruitment agency setting with a strong understanding of industry best practice and REC standards.

* Working knowledge of energy market recruitment needs including key disciplines, roles and responsibilities.
* Working knowledge of agency worker payroll requirements.
