We seek to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator, to act as first point of contact for parents/carers, students, staff, and external agencies and visitors, in line with the school’s safeguarding policy and procedures. In addition, the post holder will provide effective and high-quality administrative support across the school as part of a team as directed by the Administration Coordinator. We are keen to appoint a member of staff with an inclusive and flexible mindset who would be comfortable in a busy school environment working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The Role
This is a temporary, term time only plus 5 in-service training days (INSET) position, working 37 hours per week (8am to 4pm). The salary range for this post is BG6 £25,183 rising to £25,584 (gross per annum paid pro rata plus holiday pay). The contract will start as soon as possible, subject to satisfactory clearances, and will end on 31 August 2025.
