Senior IT Support Engineer
Sedgefield/Hybrid
£35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Responsibilities:
1. Resolving advanced 2nd line/3rd line tickets, escalating where necessary
2. Providing support across Windows Server, Office 365, and various hardware systems
3. Managing network setups, troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
4. Maintaining and optimizing virtual servers and cloud technologies
5. Collaborating with the Project & IT Manager to keep the company's tech infrastructure running smoothly
6. Working closely with internal teams to provide deskside support and ensure seamless operations
Tech Stack:
1. Windows Server
2. Office 365
3. Networking (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
4. Virtual Servers
5. Hardware support and troubleshooting
