Customer Liaison Officer - Social Housing
Location: Worthing
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Car Allowance
Job Overview:
TS Recruitment is working with a Property Services Contractor who is actively recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer / Planner / Scheduler with experience in face-to-face customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct community visits to tenants' homes.
2. Prepare correspondence to address issues such as access, delays in works, and changes/additions to works.
3. Resolve residents' complaints and issues via email, phone, or home visits.
4. Collect KPIs upon work completion and log the results.
5. Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors as necessary.
6. Build strong relationships with residents.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
1. Driving license is essential.
2. Strong face-to-face customer service experience.
3. Good communicator, both oral and written.
4. Flexible to accommodate the needs of residents.
5. Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.
6. Basic IT knowledge.
