About the Role
This Customer Team Leader role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and deputizing for the Store Manager when needed. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store safety and compliance. If you have a genuine care for customer needs, a desire to learn and grow, and a flexible attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Team Leader will include:
Ensuring excellent customer service and store operations
Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Maintaining store safety and compliance
Leading the introduction of new products and services
Coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members
Deputizing for the Store Manager when needed
