Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the company’s largest destination/division, driving growth, innovation, and sustainability while shaping its future strategy. Collaborating with key teams, you’ll enhance customer offerings, strengthen partnerships, and advance digital transformation to ensure long-term success.
Experience Required:
* Sleeves up, get stuck in leader
* P & L management ESSENTIAL
* Strategic
* Highly commercial with a great track record of success (revenue profit) growing a product/destination ideally within adventure or expedition
* Experience managing multimillion commercial partnerships
* Confident with the ability to manage up and down
* Highly strategic
* Passion for sustainability
